We are looking for the IT EWM Specialist for our company both project delivery and application maintenance support. This role enables IT processes solutions, continues improvements and enhancement, end user incidents fix and requests implementation. IT EWM Specialist works with the business counterparts in group of Arcelik companies (IHPA and BEKO) as well as other technical teams utilizing business skills combined with technical expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Application Maintenance Support: incidents monitoring, resolution and business requests implementation working with business users
• Participation in Functional/technical design for Warehouses processes management solutions; testing
• Participation in project delivery (integration tests and user acceptance tests; data migration; user training; user guides and trainings materials preparation, go-live and post go-live support)
• IT solutions customizing and development
• Maintain the documentation related to implemented processes and solutions
• Continuously seek process efficiency opportunities in line with operational needs
• Looking for innovation on technology and process for processes

Requirements:

• Business process analysis skills, SAP EWM, WM, ABAP; JAVA script, VBA for application etc
• High education (as result Bachelor or Magister) Information Technology or Applicated Mathematics/Science degree (or in progress)
• Demonstrated programming skills
• Basic level of written, spoken communication and technical in English
• Adaptability
• A high level of curiosity and creativity
• Knowledge of Excel

Preferred Requirements:

• SAP Knowledge or desire for SAP business processes
• Experience living a continuous improvement culture and agile methodology
