Optimal material supply -60%:
(a) Monitor forecast, stock levels and status of arrival. Demand in order to optimize the execution of the pipelines and act pro-actively on changes.
Review PipeLine, taken not only quantities, but also quality parameters and plant/storage lay-out into account.
(b) Organise and optimise inbound logistics (Contracts Execution, cost, quality, capacity)
(Financial) Administration – 15%:
a. Ensure proper administration of freight , analysis, storage and survey costs
c. Review delivery performance with service provider based on contract and SLA
d. Report storage, transport, survey and analysis purchase orders following appropriate contracts
f. Check and process (demurrage) claims; monitor delivery performance of service providers
Financial Freight Management and budgeting -10%
a. Coordinate the monthly financial review process on inbound logistics costs.
b. Participate in the budgeting process for inbound logistics costs
Project Management and continuous improvement – 15%:
a. Actively initiate, lead/participate and support continuous improvement initiatives related to inbound execution
b. Actively initiate, lead/participate and support new service solutions to customers (SC optimization) in the field of transport, sourcing, delivery executionRequirements:
Minimum Required Qualifications:
•At least 3 years’ experience in Supply Chain area (Export and Import Supply Chain)
•deep knowledge of logistic terms and conditions
•knowledge of plant operations
•University degree in Economics/Logistics/Transportation.
•3-5 years expirions in Crude material Supply or Supply Chain
•Good command in English (verbal / written)
